The Pizza Prep station features a temperature range of 33 - 41°F and is equipped with a stainless steel cover. It includes a 19-1/2 inch deep cutting board and offers two full doors as well as four drawers. Designed to hold two 12 x 20 x 8 inch deep pans (not included), it also contains four adjustable wire shelves with a PVC coating. Additionally, the setup includes fifteen 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans at the top. Constructed with stainless steel for the front, top, and sides, the interior is made of aluminum and has a stainless steel floor. The unit is mounted on 5-inch castors and features a front-breathing design. It operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 3/4 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, with an amperage of 7.1. The electrical configuration is NEMA 5-15P, and the product is UL EPH Classified, cULus, CE certified, and proudly made in the USA.
