This Pizza Prep unit features a pan rail operating between 33 - 41°F, complemented by a durable stainless steel cover. It includes a 19-1/2 in deep cutting board and is equipped with two drawers, designed to hold two 12 in x 20 in x 8 in deep pans (not included). Additionally, the unit comes with six clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, it has an aluminum interior and a stainless steel floor.
