This Pizza Prep station features a temperature range of 33 - 41°F, equipped with a stainless steel cover and a 19-1/2" deep cutting board. It boasts two full doors and includes four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves. The setup comes with nine 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans on top, along with a durable stainless steel front, top, and sides, complemented by an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is ensured with 5" castors, and it operates front-breathing with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit runs on a 1/4 HP motor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 3.9 amps, and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It meets UL EPH Classified, cULus, and CE standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
