This Pizza Prep unit features a 33 - 41°F pan rail equipped with a durable stainless steel cover and a 19-1/2 inch deep cutting board. It includes one full door and two drawers, designed to hold two 12 in x 20 in x 8 in deep pans (not included). For organized storage, it comes with two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and nine 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans at the top. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel for the front, top, and sides, while the interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. The unit is mounted on 5-inch castors, allowing for easy mobility, and features front breathing for better airflow. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor and runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 3.9 amps. This product comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets UL EPH Classification, cULus, and CE standards, ensuring quality and safety. Proudly made in the USA.
