The Pizza Prep features a pan rail temperature range of 33 - 41°F, complemented by a stainless steel cover and a 19-1/2 inch deep cutting board. It includes four drawers that can hold two 12 x 20 x 8 inch deep pans (not included). Additionally, the unit comes with nine 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans at the top. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, its interior is made of aluminum with a stainless steel floor for durability. The unit is equipped with 5-inch castors, front breathing capabilities, and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a 1/4 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-phase with a current draw of 3.9 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. This equipment is UL EPH Classified, cULus, CE certified, and proudly made in the USA.
