This Pizza Prep unit offers a pan rail temperature range of 33 - 41°F and features a durable stainless steel cover. It includes a 19-1/2 inch deep cutting board and three full doors, accompanied by six PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves. The package comes with twelve 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for optimal organization. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, this unit is both sturdy and efficient. It is equipped with 5-inch castors for easy mobility and is designed to breathe from the front. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and powered by a 3/4 HP compressor, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 7.1 amp draw. The unit features a NEMA 5-15P plug, is UL EPH Classified, cULus, CE certified, and proudly made in the USA.
