This 36-3/8 in wide Refrigerated Chef Base features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top designed with a V edge. It includes two drawers capable of accommodating one 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pan along with three 1/6 size pans (not included). The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. Equipped with 4-inch castors for easy mobility, it utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a 1/5 HP compressor. The electrical specifications include 115v/60/1-ph and 5.7 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This product meets cULus, UL EPH Classification, and CE standards, and it is proudly made in the USA.
