This Refrigerated Chef Base measures 51-7/8 inches wide and features a one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top with a V edge design. It includes two drawers that accommodate three 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pans (not included). Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, this unit is built for durability. It is equipped with 4-inch castors for mobility and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The compressor is 1/3 HP, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 8.1 amps, and has a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified with cULus, UL EPH Classified, and CE markings, this product is proudly made in the USA.
