This Refrigerated Chef Base measures 72-3/8 inches in width and features a one-piece top crafted from 300 series 18-gauge stainless steel with a V edge design. It includes four drawers, each capable of accommodating two 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pans (not included). The unit boasts a stainless steel front and sides, along with an aluminum back and interior that has a stainless steel floor. It is equipped with 4-inch castors for mobility and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The refrigeration system operates on 1/3 HP power at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 9.9 amps and featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This product is cULus certified, UL EPH Classified, CE compliant, and proudly made in the USA.
