This Refrigerated Chef Base measures 79-1/4 inches in width and features an 86-1/4 inch one-piece top made of 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel with a V edge. It is equipped with four drawers, each designed to hold (2) 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pans (not included). The unit boasts stainless steel fronts and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. It includes 4-inch castors for mobility and operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The cooling system has a 1/3 HP compressor, runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 8.8 amps, and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This model is cULus, UL EPH Classified, CE certified, and proudly manufactured in the USA.
