This Refrigerated Chef Base features a sleek 79-1/4 inch wide design with a durable one-piece 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel top and V edge. Equipped with four drawers that can hold two 12 inch x 20 inch x 4 inch pans (pans not included), it boasts a stainless steel front and sides, an aluminum back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. The base is mounted on 4-inch castors for easy mobility and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor. It operates on 115V/60/1-ph, drawing 8.8 amps and is fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, CE certified, and proudly made in the USA.
