The Refrigerated Chef Base features a 95-1/2 inch wide design with a durable one-piece top made from 300 series 18 gauge stainless steel and a V edge. It includes four drawers that can accommodate three 12 in x 20 in x 4 in pans (not included). The front and sides are constructed from stainless steel, while the back and interior are made of aluminum, with a stainless steel floor for easy cleaning. This chef base is equipped with four castors for mobility and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It operates with a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 10.4 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cULus listed, UL EPH Classified, CE certified, and proudly made in the USA.
