The SPEC SERIES Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features twelve 1/6 size poly pans with a 4-inch depth and is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-7/8 inch deep cutting board and a sleek stainless steel front, sides, and back. The unit comes with a single door that locks, two shelves, and a stainless steel interior liner with a coved corner floor. It also has adjustable gray PVC coated wire shelves and rolls on 5-inch castors for ease of mobility. The exterior boasts a digital temperature control and display, while the refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates on a 1/5 HP motor at 115v/60/1-ph drawing 3.5 amps. The unit is compliant with cULus and UL EPH classification, and proudly made in the USA.
