The Sandwich/Salad Unit features eight 1/6 size poly pans (4 inches deep) and a stainless steel insulated cover. It is equipped with an 11-3/4 inch diameter cutting board, two full doors, and four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves. The exterior is made of stainless steel for the top, front, and sides, with a GalFan coated steel back and an aluminum interior, complemented by a stainless steel floor. It comes with five-inch castors for mobility and utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, operating at 1/4 HP and 115V/60/1-Phase with a draw of 4.5 amps. Additional certifications include cULus and UL EPH Classification. Proudly made in the USA.
