The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a combination of functionality and durability, boasting twelve 1/6 size poly pans with a depth of 4 inches, along with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-7/8 inch diameter cutting board and is equipped with two full doors. The unit also comes with four PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, ensuring ample storage space. Its construction consists of a stainless steel top, front, and sides, complemented by a GalFan coated steel back. The interior is made of aluminum with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is facilitated by 5-inch castors, while the cooling system operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 5.8 amps and carries a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, proudly manufactured in the USA.
