The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a spacious design with (18) 1/6 size poly pans, each 4 inches deep, and is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-7/8 inch deep cutting board and has (2) full doors for easy access. Inside, there are (4) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves to optimize storage. The unit's exterior showcases a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the back is made of GalFan coated steel. The interior is constructed of aluminum with a stainless steel floor. It rolls smoothly on (5) inch castors and operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor. This unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph and utilizes 5.8 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It holds cULus and UL EPH Classified certifications and is proudly made in the USA.
