The SPEC SERIES Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (18) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans. The SPEC Package 3 includes a stainless steel insulated cover, an 8-7/8 in D cutting board, and (2) full doors with locks. It is equipped with (4) gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, digital temperature control, and a display. The unit boasts a stainless steel front, sides, and back, along with a stainless steel interior liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners. It is designed with 5 in castors and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit operates with a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 5.8 amps, and is compatible with NEMA 5-15P. Additionally, it is cULus and UL EPH Classified and proudly made in the USA.
