This Sandwich/Salad Unit features eight 1/6 size (4 in deep) poly pans and is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 in diameter cutting board and two full doors for easy access. Inside, you'll find four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for optimal organization. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the back is made from GalFan coated steel. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. It is mobile, supported by 5 in castors, and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a 1/3 HP compressor, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph and consumes 5.8 amps. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug, meets cULus standards, and is UL EPH Classified, proudly manufactured in the USA.
