This Sandwich/Salad Unit features ten 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 in D cutting board, two full doors, and four PVC coated adjustable wire shelves. The unit boasts stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, while the back is made of GalFan coated steel. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. It operates on 5 in castors and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit is powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 6.5 amps. It is NEMA 5-15P compliant and carries cULus certification, as well as UL EPH Classification. Proudly made in the USA.
