The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (15) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-7/8 in D cutting board, (2) full doors, and (4) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves. Constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, it also has a GalFan coated steel back and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. The unit is equipped with (5) casters for mobility and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 6.5 amps, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cULus and UL EPH Classified. Proudly made in the USA.
