This Sandwich/Salad Unit features sixteen 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 in D cutting board, two full doors, and four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves. The construction consists of stainless steel for the top, front, and sides, a GalFan coated steel back, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor. It is equipped with 5-inch castors and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit operates with a 1/3 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 6.5 amps. It also meets cULus and UL EPH Classified standards and is proudly Made in the USA.
