This Sandwich/Salad Unit features (16) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and comes equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 in D cutting board, an aluminum back, and offers convenient storage with (1) door and (2) drawers that can accommodate 6 in D pans (not included). The unit is designed with (2) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves and boasts a stainless steel top, front, and sides, along with an aluminum interior and a stainless steel floor. Mobility is enhanced with (5) in castors. The equipment utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, has a 1/3 HP compressor, operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 6.5 amps, and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
