The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (18) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and an insulated stainless steel cover. It includes an 8-7/8 in D cutting board, (2) full doors, and (4) adjustable wire shelves coated with PVC. The unit has a stainless steel top, front, and sides, while the back is made from GalFan coated steel. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor, and it rolls on 5 in castors. Designed to operate with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and powered by a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph, it uses 6.5 amps and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cULus and UL EPH Classified, this unit is proudly made in the USA.
