The Dual Side Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (24) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and comes equipped with (2) stainless steel insulated covers. It includes 11-3/4 in D cutting boards, (2) full doors, and (4) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, complemented by a GalFan coated steel back, aluminum interior, and stainless steel floor. Mobility is enhanced with 5 in castors. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates with a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 6.5 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cULus and UL EPH Classification standards, all proudly made in the USA.
