SPEC SERIES Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a capacity of (24) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans. This SPEC Package 3 comes with (2) stainless steel insulated covers, an 8-7/8 in D cutting board, and (2) full doors with locks. It includes gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, a temperature control and display system, as well as stainless steel front, sides, and back. The interior is lined with stainless steel and equipped with a stainless steel floor featuring coved corners. Additionally, this unit has 5 in castors for easy mobility and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/3 HP compressor with a 115v/60/1-ph electrical system, drawing 6.5 amps. It meets cULus and UL EPH Classification standards and is proudly made in the USA.
