The Sandwich/Salad Unit features eight 1/6 size poly pans (4 inches deep) and is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 inch diameter cutting board, two full doors, and four PVC coated adjustable wire shelves. The unit is constructed with stainless steel for the top, front, and sides, while the back is made of GalFan coated steel. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is ensured with five-inch castors. This unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 6.5 amps. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cULus listed, as well as UL EPH classified. Proudly manufactured in the USA.
