The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (24) 1/6 size poly pans, each 4 inches deep, complemented by a heavy-duty flat glass lid. It includes a 5-3/8 inch deep cutting board and two full doors providing easy access. The unit is designed with four PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and constructed from stainless steel for the top, front, and sides, while the back is made from GalFan coated steel. Inside, you'll find a clear-coated aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, and mobility is ensured by 5-inch casters. Equipped with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, it operates at 115V/60/1 PH with a current draw of 6.5 amps. The unit is NEMA 5-15P compliant, cULus certified, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
