This Sandwich/Salad Unit features ten 1/6 size poly pans with a depth of 4 inches, complemented by a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 inch diameter cutting board and boasts three full doors. The unit is equipped with six PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, and constructed with stainless steel for the top, front, and sides, while the back is made of GalFan coated steel. The interior consists of aluminum with a stainless steel floor for durability. Mobility is enhanced by five-inch castors. Additionally, the unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 7.2 amps. It is fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug, certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and proudly made in the USA.
