The Sandwich/Salad Unit features twelve 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and is equipped with a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 11-3/4 in D cutting board and three full doors for easy access. The unit has six PVC coated adjustable wire shelves and is constructed with stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, while the back is made of GalFan coated steel. The aluminum interior is complemented by a stainless steel floor. It rolls smoothly on 5 in castors and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/2 HP compressor. This unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 7.2 amps and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It holds cULus and UL EPH classifications and is proudly made in the USA.
