The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (18) 1/6 size poly pans with a depth of 4 inches, complemented by a stainless steel insulated cover. It includes an 8-7/8 inch diameter cutting board and is designed with (3) full doors and (6) adjustable wire shelves coated in PVC for added durability. The exterior consists of stainless steel for the top, front, and sides, while the back is made of GalFan coated steel. The interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor for easy maintenance. Equipped with 5-inch castors for mobility, this unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/2 HP compressor, running at 115v/60/1-ph and 7.2 amps. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cULus and UL EPH Classified, proudly manufactured in the USA.
