The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features (24) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and is equipped with (2) stainless steel insulated covers. It includes an 8-7/8 in D cutting board, (3) full doors, and (6) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves. The unit has a stainless steel top, front, and sides, complemented by an aluminum back and interior, with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is enhanced with (5) in castors. This unit uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, operates at 1/2 HP with 115v/60/1-ph, and draws 7.2 amps. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug, is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and is proudly manufactured in the USA.
