The Dual Side Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit is designed for efficiency and functionality in food preparation. It accommodates (30) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and features (2) stainless steel insulated covers. The unit is equipped with 11-3/4 in D cutting boards, (3) full doors, and (6) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves. Constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides along with an aluminum back and interior, it also includes a stainless steel floor for durability. Mobility is facilitated by (5) casters, while the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant ensures environmental compliance. Powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, the unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 7.2 amp draw, and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, proudly manufactured in the USA.
