The Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Unit features a spacious design equipped with (30) 1/6 size (4 in D) poly pans and (2) stainless steel insulated covers. It includes an 8-7/8 in D cutting board and (3) full doors for easy access. Inside, you'll find (6) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves for versatile storage. The unit is constructed with stainless steel on the top, front, and sides, complemented by an aluminum back and interior with a durable stainless steel floor. Mobility is facilitated by (5) inch castors. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit offers a 1/2 HP compressor, operating on 115v/60/1-ph with 7.2 amps. It is certified cULus and UL EPH Classified, proudly made in the USA.
