The Vita-Prep 3, previously known as model 1005, features a generous 64 oz. (2 liters) capacity and is crafted from clear, BPA-free Tritan material. This standard container comes with a wet blade assembly and offers manually-operated variable speed control. The start/stop switch is designed to automatically return to a neutral position for convenience. Included with the unit are a lid and tamper. It showcases a sleek black base complemented by a striking red face. With a powerful 3 peak HP motor, it operates on 120v at 50/60Hz with a 13.0 amp draw. The product is certified cULus and NSF, and utilizes a NEMA 5-15P plug for compatibility.
