The Retro Stock Pot Kettle Rethermalizer features an 11 quart (10.4 liter) capacity and utilizes a direct contact heating system with a ceramic base element. Equipped with a capillary tube thermostat control and easy-to-access front dials, it also has a power indicator light for added convenience. Designed with two handles and a low-profile inset, this unit comes with a hinged cover (note: cover is not NSF certified) and includes soup cards along with a card holder (please note that ladles shown in the images are not part of the package). The aluminum exterior is finished with a black powder coat, complemented by non-skid feet for stability.
