This medium-duty gas charbroiler is designed for countertop use, measuring 36"W x 29-1/4"D x 15-1/4"H. It offers a customizable cooking experience with options for radiant or lava rock setups (lava kit sold separately). The unit features manual metal control knobs and includes four burners positioned every 6 inches. Reversible grill plates enhance versatility, while a 3"H backsplash and tapered side splashes provide added safety and convenience. The charbroiler comes equipped with two drip trays and is constructed from durable stainless steel. With an adjustable flame setting, it provides a powerful 160,000 BTU output. It also features 4" legs and holds cETLus and ETL sanitation certifications. Ships with natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit.
