This Heavy-Duty Flat Top Gas Griddle features a 36" cooking surface with a powerful 90,000 BTU output. It includes manual controls and is equipped with three stainless steel burners spaced every 12 inches, delivering 30,000 BTU for each 12-inch section of the cooking surface. The polished 1-inch thick plate ensures durability and efficient heat distribution. Constructed with a stainless steel exterior, it boasts a 4-3/8" backsplash and sloped side splash for added safety and convenience. The unit is shipped configured for natural gas and comes with a conversion kit for propane, as well as a regulator and gas valve. It also includes metal knobs with heavy-duty guards and a drip tray.
