The polished 1" thick plate ensures optimal cooking performance, while the durable stainless steel construction provides longevity. Designed with a 4-3/8" backsplash and sloped side splash for easy cleanup, it comes pre-set for natural gas and includes a conversion kit for propane. Additionally, the unit features a gas regulator, valve, metal knobs with heavy-duty knob guards, and a convenient drip tray.
