Designed with manual control, it features five stainless steel burners, each spaced 12 inches apart, delivering 30,000 BTU for every 12 inches of cooking surface. The polished cooking surface is made from a thick 1-inch plate, ensuring durability and effective heat retention. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel and includes a 4-3/8-inch backsplash and sloped side splash for added convenience. The unit comes configured for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for propane. It also features a regulator and gas valve, heavy-duty metal knobs with protective guards, and two drip trays.
