Featuring stainless steel construction, it is equipped with two burners strategically placed every 12 inches, delivering 30,000 BTU for each 12-inch section of the cooking area. The polished 1" thick plate ensures durability and optimal cooking performance. A 4-3/8" backsplash and sloped side splash add functionality, while the unit comes ready for natural gas use and includes a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve. Metal knobs are supported by heavy-duty knob guards for added safety. Additionally, it comes with a drip tray and adjustable legs ranging from 4" to 5-1/2". This griddle is ETL and cETLus certified.
