With a robust stainless exterior, it features a 4-3/8-inch backsplash and sloped side splash for added safety and convenience. The unit is set up for natural gas upon shipping but comes with a conversion kit for propane, including a regulator and gas valve. It also incorporates metal knobs equipped with heavy-duty knob guards, along with a drip tray and adjustable legs that range from 4 to 5-1/2 inches. This griddle is ETL and cETLus certified.
