The polished, 1-inch thick plate ensures even heat distribution, while the stainless steel construction offers durability and easy maintenance. A 4-3/8" backsplash and sloped side splash enhance safety and cleanliness. The unit is shipped configured for natural gas but includes a kit for conversion to propane, along with a gas regulator and valve. Heavy-duty metal knobs are equipped with protective guards, and two drip trays are included. Its adjustable legs range from 4 to 5-1/2 inches, and the griddle meets ETL and cETLus standards.
