The Medium-Duty Flat Top Gas Griddle measures 24" and boasts a powerful output of 56,000 BTUs. It features manual controls and is equipped with two stainless burners, strategically spaced every 12 inches, delivering 28,000 BTUs for each 12-inch section of cooking surface. The griddle is designed with a polished 1-inch thick plate and a durable stainless steel exterior. It also includes a 2-3/4" backsplash and sloped side splash for added convenience. This unit is set up for natural gas but comes with a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve. The metal knobs are fitted with heavy-duty knob guards, and the legs are adjustable from 4" to 5-1/2". This product is ETL and cETLus certified.
