It incorporates manual controls and three stainless steel burners positioned every 12", delivering 28,000 BTU for each 12" of the cooking area. The polished 1" thick plate ensures even heating, while the sturdy stainless steel construction provides durability. With a 2-3/4" backsplash and sloped side splashes, it offers added convenience during cooking. The unit is pre-set for natural gas operation and includes a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve. It is equipped with metal knobs and heavy-duty knob guards for enhanced safety. The adjustable legs range from 4" to 5-1/2" for versatile installation. The griddle is ETL and cETLus certified.
