This Medium-Duty Flat Top Gas Griddle features a 60" cooking surface with a powerful 140,000 BTU output. It is equipped with five stainless steel burners, spaced 12 inches apart, providing 28,000 BTU of heat for every 12 inches of cooking area. The griddle boasts a polished, one-inch thick plate and a durable stainless steel exterior. For added convenience, it has a 2-3/4" backsplash and sloped side splash. The unit comes configured for natural gas but includes a kit for easy conversion to propane, along with a regulator and gas valve. Heavy-duty metal knobs are protected by robust knob guards, and the griddle features 4"-5-1/2" adjustable legs.
