This medium-duty flat top gas griddle measures 36 inches and boasts a powerful output of 84,000 BTU. It features thermostatic control and is equipped with three stainless steel burners, spaced every 12 inches for an efficient 28,000 BTU of heating per foot of cooking surface. The polished cooking surface consists of a durable 1-inch thick plate, and the griddle is constructed with stainless steel for longevity. Additional highlights include a 2-3/4 inch backsplash and sloped side splash for easy cleaning. The unit is set up for natural gas but comes with a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve. Metal knobs with heavy-duty guards provide added durability, while the adjustable legs can be set between 4 and 5-1/2 inches. This griddle is ETL and cETLus certified.
