This mobile, full-height non-insulated heater proofer cabinet measures 20-3/4 inches in width, 34-1/8 inches in depth, and 67-1/8 inches in height. Constructed from sturdy aluminum, it features forced air heating and is designed to hold up to 35 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches. The cabinet includes dual proof/heat control, a lift-off clear door, and a removable analog drawer. Users can easily monitor temperature settings with the digital thermostatic control and LED digital thermometer display. Additional features include a circuit breaker and corner bumpers, as well as four casters for mobility.
