The Fire Deck Stone Hearth Oven features a radiant flame on the right side, complemented by an infrared underfloor burner, while the left side is designed for mandatory wood burning. With dimensions of 68 inches wide by 32 inches deep, this oven can accommodate a variety of pizza sizes, including up to (20) 8-inch, (14) 10-inch, (10) 12-inch, or (6) 16-inch pizzas. Its monolithic cast-ceramic floor and dome provide a deep heat sink, ensuring optimal cooking conditions. Other notable features include a stainless steel front upper section, a lift-up glass heat shield door, and a heavy-duty steel frame base finished in black. The oven is ETL-Sanitation certified and delivers an impressive 220,000 BTU.
