The Mt. Saint Helens Shallow-Box Charbroiler (26 series) measures 54 inches wide by 26 inches deep. It features eight 6 x 16 inch cast iron grates on a sliding stainless steel frame, with a heat sink in a style fire box constructed from dense, high-temperature ceramic and fully insulated for optimal performance. This model includes one grate tool, one particle shovel, and one 40-inch T-style floor brush. With a durable stainless steel exterior and a stainless steel wood storage cabinet base, it is equipped with a set of four casters (two locking and two non-locking) for easy mobility. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
