The Traditional Series 5' Stone Hearth Oven features a radiant gas flame within its dome, offering a generous 52-inch diameter hearth. It accommodates varying pizza sizes with capacities for (16) 8-inch, (12) 10-inch, (8) 12-inch, or (5) 16-inch pizzas. Constructed with a monolithic cast-ceramic floor and dome, this oven creates an efficient deep heat sink. The design includes an angle iron stand and a 10-inch OD flue collar, meeting ETL-Sanitation standards and providing an output of 105,000 BTU.
